My name is Zach Reilly and I started Grounded Agronomy Limited because there is a demand for unbiased, impartial and independent agricultural advice, that considers the whole business. Farms are too complex to look at individual enterprises in isolation, it's the synergies that matter.

I am known for my ability to combine technical agronomy support with a wider business management focus to ensure customers receive the best possible advice to develop their businesses'.
I have BSc (Hons), MSc, BASIS and FACTS qualifications, but I am also continually seeking ways to develop my skill set. I provide agronomic advice to meet the varied needs of a range of farming businesses. I am an advocate for soil health and enjoy taking soil science theory and working with land managers to implement practical ways to improve soil health on farm.
